Start to finish it took me 11 years before I took a dime out of it. One simple little rental building which everyone agreed was needed took 2.5 years to get approvals! You think you can tear down society in October and by March everything will be looking goood. You tear down society and you will have 75 years, three generations, before it might start looking okay. Might.’ Too many of these movements are fueled by the desire to tear something down far more than the desire to build something beautiful.
